Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Common Crowd pieces. However, if something is not quite right, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.


Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • We cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale unless faulty:

  • Socks

  • Caps and hats

  • Scarves

  • Any discounted or promotional items


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be requested for a different size or color, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been confirmed.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at customercare@commoncrowd.co with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Our team will provide you with the return instructions.

  3. Once received and approved, we will process your exchange or refund.
