Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

  • Standard Delivery 1–3 business days.

International Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: 5–21 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Express Delivery: 3–7 business days with priority handling.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services in your country.

Customs & Duties

  • All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are determined by your local government.

  • These costs are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You may track your order directly via the courier’s website.

  • If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us at customercare@commoncrowd.co with your order number.

Delivery Notes

  • Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package.

  • In cases where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically re-attempt delivery or hold the package at a nearby service point.
