These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Common Crowd website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Use of the Website

  • You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or misuse any content, images, or trademarks belonging to Common Crowd without our prior written consent.

2. Product Information

  • We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.

  • Please note that slight variations in color or texture may occur due to differences in display screens or production processes.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

  • We accept secure payments via Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported methods).

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollar (USD). International customers may be subject to currency conversion or bank fees, which are not controlled by us.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

  • Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Common Crowd is not responsible for delays, lost items, or issues caused by customs clearance.

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale items, socks, caps, scarves, and other non-returnable goods are final sale, unless faulty.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including logos, product images, text, and design — is the property of Common Crowd / TCC Advance Tech (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any material without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Common Crowd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California, USA).
